HR Manager

Urolime is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the HR team in Kochi, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT or technology services sector. A mandatory requirement is an MBA in Human Resources. The role involves managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, driving performance management, and maintaining HRMS records and metrics. The HR Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing payroll and statutory compliance, and partnering with leaders on workforce planning. Strong knowledge of TA, ER, performance, payroll, and compliance is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder skills are required, along with a good understanding of Indian and Kerala labor laws. Candidates should possess strong HRMS, Excel, MIS, and HR analytics skills, along with confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment.

MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
