Job Overview

Tatva Hills Resort is hiring for Human Resources Generalist in Almora, Uttarakhand, India. This role is suited for candidates who can support recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and related people processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Support employee onboarding, joining documentation, induction coordination, and early employee queries.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, leave data, and related HR documentation.
• Assist with statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, and accurate employee record maintenance.
• Work with managers and employees on performance processes, employee relations, and engagement activities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Compliance, Performance Management, Training, Interviewing, Sourcing.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Minimum 2.0 years - Maximum 5.0 years of relevant experience required.
