* Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations
* Good communication and computer skills

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Recruitment and employee onboarding
* Maintaining HR records and documentation
* Attendance and leave management
* Coordination with department heads
* Compliance and employee engagement activities
