Delete your account in the app
- Open HireFly and sign in.
- Open Account in Candidate or Employer mode.
- Under Account Management, choose Delete Account.
- Review both confirmations and confirm your Google identity.
Candidate and Employer modes belong to the same HireFly account. Deleting the account permanently removes both modes where they exist. Your profile information, authentication links, uploaded résumé, and personal Candidate application data are removed.
Published job information and limited operational records may remain without an account ownership link when needed to avoid disrupting public listings or other users' application history. They will no longer provide access to the deleted account.
If you no longer have the app
Send an account-deletion request from the Google email address used for HireFly to [email protected]. Include the words HireFly account deletion request. HireFly will reply with an ownership-verification step before deleting any account.
An account is never deleted merely because someone enters or sends an email address. The request must be verified as belonging to the account owner.
Before you continue
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once completed, your protected résumé will no longer be available for download. If you later sign in again, HireFly may treat you as a new user.
