Assistant Manager – HR Generalist

BS Global Solutions is hiring an experienced HR Generalist – Assistant Manager with strong hands-on expertise in IT Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The role requires a professional capable of managing recruitment activities as well as core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Talent Acquisition:

End-to-end IT recruitment
Candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination
Hiring manager coordination
Offer negotiation and closures

HR Operations:

Employee relations and engagement
Onboarding and offboarding
Payroll and benefits coordination
HRIS, leave and attendance management
HR policies and statutory compliance
Training and performance management
Ideal Candidate

A strong IT recruitment professional with good exposure to HR Generalist/HR Operations, excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder-management capabilities.
