Job Description

Responsible for managing HR operations including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement. Coordinate with department heads on staffing requirements and workforce planning. Handle employee grievances, HR documentation, payroll inputs, HR policies and statutory compliance. Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports while ensuring effective communication and adherence to organizational policies and organizational standards.
