E-commerce Executive and HR

Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplaces, website listings, inventory updates, order processing, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on the company website and marketplaces.

Update product descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

Process online orders and coordinate dispatch.

Monitor marketplace performance.

Handle customer inquiries and returns.

Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.

Ensure accurate product information across platforms.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Attendance and leave management.

Handle joining and exit formalities.

Support payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Manage performance review processes.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Ensure smooth communication between departments.

Monitor daily order processing and delivery status.

Maintain process documentation and reports.

Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in E-commerce.

Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify is preferred.

Good knowledge of Excel.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
