Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Knowledge of Indian statutory HR compliance and process automation. • Proficiency in the Zoho ecosystem. Knowledge of Deluge scripting or custom workflows will be an added advantage.
