Executive / Sr Executive - HR (Talent Acquisition)

Aurobindo is seeking an Executive/Sr Executive in HR for Talent Acquisition to join their team in Vizag. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, and conducting interviews to assess candidate fit. The candidate will ensure compliance with company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle and collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide guidance on interview processes. Applicants should have 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, with a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations concepts. An MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent is required.
