HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary

Qubeplast Packaging Solutions LLP is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations, support talent acquisition, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
• Assist in payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
• Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
• Draft HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee-related documents.
• Handle employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Maintain HR databases and generate periodic HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
