Job Overview

Recliners India Pvt Ltd is hiring for HR Executive in Mundra, Gujarat, India. This role is suited for candidates who can support recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and related people processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding, joining documentation, induction coordination, and early employee queries.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, leave data, and related HR documentation.
• Assist with statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, and accurate employee record maintenance.
• Work with managers and employees on performance processes, employee relations, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR reports, system data, trackers, and dashboards with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 3-3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Payroll, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Compliance, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Salary

Expected compensation is approximately INR 25,000 to INR 25,000, based on the available job data.

Any Graduate

Minimum 3.0 years - Maximum 3.0 years of relevant experience required.
