Job Description
Profile :- HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
₹ Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, loaders, riders, and supervisors.
₹ Coordinate with vendors, local sources, and job portals to ensure timely hiring.
₹ Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and offer roll-out.
₹ Ensure manpower availability as per operational requirements.
2. Onboarding & Induction
₹ Complete joining formalities and documentation.
₹ Coordinate ID card creation, biometric registration, and system access.
₹ Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
₹ Ensure employees are enrolled in HRMS and attendance systems.
3. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations
₹ Maintain daily attendance, shift rosters, and leave records.
₹ Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
₹ Ensure employee records are accurate and updated.
4. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
₹ Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
₹ Maintain records related to ESIC, PF, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and Shop & Establishment provisions.
₹ Coordinate with contractors and verify statutory documentation.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
₹ Address employee grievances and workplace issues.
₹ Conduct engagement activities and celebrate employee milestones.
₹ Support disciplinary actions and counselling when required.
6. Performance Management
₹ Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs for DC staff.
₹ Support performance reviews and productivity monitoring.
7. Administration & Facility Management
₹ Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, and office supplies.
₹ Manage uniforms, stationery, and asset allocation.
₹ Ensure compliance with workplace discipline and safety standards.
8. Coordination with Corporate Office
₹ Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
₹ Share reports and updates related to manpower, compliance, and administration.
₹ Ensure timely closure of requests and issues.
