HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Analyst to support recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and HR operations while using HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and key stakeholders.
Design and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Address employee grievances and workplace conflicts fairly and promptly.
Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labour laws and regulations.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support overall HR operations and employee-related initiatives.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
