HR Executive

QUDE Mart, operating under the ZOLU brand, is looking for an HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day Human Resources activities at its Kolkata operation. The position covers recruitment and hiring, employee coordination, attendance management, payroll support and maintenance of HR documentation. The selected professional will interact with employees and different departments while ensuring HR processes and company policies are followed consistently. Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal abilities, basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance and practical familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. The employer prefers candidates with one to three years of HR experience, although freshers demonstrating strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Minimum 1.0 years - Maximum 3.0 years of relevant experience required.
