Job Description
*We are Hiring – HR Executive (Full-Time)*
*Location:* World Trade Center, Kharadi, Pune (Candidates nearby preferred)
*Int+Space*, a top-listed commercial interior design company in Pune, is looking for a skilled *HR Executive* to join our growing team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* End-to-end *recruitment & talent acquisition*
* Build and implement *HR policies & processes*
* Maintain strong *employee relations*
* Manage onboarding, performance reviews, attendance, and HR documentation
* Coordinate with leadership to support a healthy workplace culture
*Required Experience:*
* Minimum *2 years of HR experience*
* *Mandatory experience in Interior Design / Construction / Real Estate* industry
* Strong understanding of hiring for technical + creative roles (designers, project managers, site supervisors, etc.)
