We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for travel consultants, executives, and sales professionals, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for positions such as Travel Consultants, Executives, and Sales Professionals.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media platforms, and walk-in interviews.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Support HR operations and employee engagement activities as required.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Proven experience in hiring Travel Consultants, Executives, and Sales Professionals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using job portals, social media recruitment, and candidate management systems.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
