HR Executive | Belapur

MH01 Tea & Trading Company is a growing business engaged in private label manufacturing, institutional sales, international trade, and e-commerce. We are looking for an energetic and driven HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growth by attracting and hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, references, social media or any other relevant portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and attendance records.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR administration.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
