Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Assist with statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, and accurate employee record maintenance.
• Work with managers and employees on performance processes, employee relations, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR reports, system data, trackers, and dashboards with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep HR processes timely, professional, and well documented.

Requirements

• 2-2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compliance, Training.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Salary

Expected compensation is approximately INR 23,000 to INR 23,000, based on the available job data.

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 2.0 years - Maximum 2.0 years of relevant experience required.
