Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, leave data, and related HR documentation.
• Assist with statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, and accurate employee record maintenance.
• Work with managers and employees on performance processes, employee relations, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR reports, system data, trackers, and dashboards with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep HR processes timely, professional, and well documented.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Working knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, Performance Management.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 7.0 years - Maximum 8.0 years of relevant experience required.
