Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and HRIS administration.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Address employee queries and promote positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities.
Support payroll with accurate employee information and documentation.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and administrative documents.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Screen resumes and maintain candidate records.
Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with offer documentation and pre-joining formalities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and basic recruitment processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
