HR Manager

Hare Krishna Mandir Ahmedabad is hiring an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in blue-collar HR, payroll, labour laws, compliance, industrial relations, and workforce management. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or plant-based sectors is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
Handle manpower planning, payroll and employee benefits.
Manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus and statutory compliance.
Handle labour laws, industrial relations and contract labour compliance.
Develop HR policies, SOPs and employee guidelines.
Manage grievances, disciplinary matters and HR-related crises.
Drive performance appraisals and employee training.
Maintain HRMS, attendance systems and HR dashboards.

Requirements:
8–12 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong blue-collar HR and labour-law knowledge.
Experience handling payroll and HR compliance independently.
Experience managing multi-state and large workforces.
Good knowledge of Excel, HRMS and compliance tools.
Strong communication, negotiation and crisis-management skills.
English and Hindi proficiency required; regional language is an advantage.
