HR Manager

AMR Hospital in Roing is looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently manage its Human Resources function. The position involves recruitment and staffing of doctors, nurses, technicians and support employees, along with onboarding, induction and maintenance of personnel documentation. The HR Manager will coordinate attendance, leave and payroll processes while supporting performance appraisals, employee training, grievance handling and disciplinary matters. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies and SOPs, ensuring labour-law and statutory compliance and supporting hospital accreditation requirements. Candidates with previous healthcare or hospital HR experience are strongly preferred, while experience working in a NABH-accredited hospital would be an additional advantage.
