HR Manager

T&A Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager capable of independently handling broad Human Resources operations in Chandigarh. The role covers the complete recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and screening through selection and onboarding. The HR Manager will also manage employee joining formalities, attendance and leave records, payroll coordination and HR documentation. Other responsibilities include handling employee grievances, supporting performance appraisals, organising engagement initiatives and coordinating with management and departmental heads on workforce matters. Candidates should possess strong employee-handling and problem-solving capabilities and practical knowledge of HRMS systems and MS Office. The position is intended for HR professionals with approximately four to eight years of relevant experience.

Graduation

Minimum 4.0 years - Maximum 8.0 years of relevant experience required.
