The candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires a strategic HR professional capable of building a positive work culture and ensuring operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities.
* Develop manpower planning strategies based on business requirements.
* Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring needs.
* Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Maintain strong employee engagement and retention programs.
Performance Management
* Implement performance appraisal systems.
* Monitor employee productivity and development.
* Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Training & Development
* Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
* Conduct leadership and skill enhancement workshops.
* Ensure employees meet hospitality service standards.
HR Operations & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
* Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Conduct HR audits and compliance reviews.
Employee Engagement & Culture
* Organize employee welfare activities and recognition programs.
* Promote a culture of teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
