Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Experience in site/project HR (EPC/PMC preferred)
Knowledge of labor laws and contractor management
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding, induction, attendance & employee lifecycle at site
Coordinate manpower planning and vendor workforce deployment
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Support performance management and training initiatives
Maintain HR MIS and site records
