HR Recruiter

AMCC is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for its manufacturing requirements in Kundli, Sonipat. The recruiter will source and screen candidates for functions such as production, CNC, quality, maintenance, engineering, PPC, stores and purchasing. Responsibilities include conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating technical and management interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollout and following up with selected candidates until joining. The role also requires maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS. Candidates with previous experience recruiting for automobile, engineering or manufacturing organisations would be particularly relevant. Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.

Minimum 3.0 years - Maximum 6.0 years of relevant experience required.
