HR Recruiter

MTAP Technologies is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage hiring activities from its Gurugram operation. The recruiter will develop candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies, source profiles through job portals, professional networks and referrals and conduct preliminary screening interviews. Responsibilities also include scheduling and coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Candidates should be capable of independently handling multiple positions and taking ownership of hiring requirements across different levels. Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are expected, together with practical experience using Microsoft Office and multiple candidate-sourcing channels. The company currently indicates two openings for this role.

Bachelor's Degree
