HR Recruiter

HCP Wellness is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to manage recruitment requirements across its corporate office, campus hiring activities and manufacturing operations. The role covers the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing through job portals, referrals and social platforms, initial HR screening and interview coordination with internal stakeholders. The recruiter will also participate in campus recruitment drives, manage offer rollout, salary negotiations and candidate closure. This position offers useful exposure to both corporate and plant hiring within the cosmetics and personal-care manufacturing industry. Candidates with previous manufacturing or plant recruitment experience have an advantage, although the primary requirement is one to two years of recruitment experience with an MBA in HR.
