Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization's talent acquisition objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
* Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
* Source candidates through various channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and databases.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Conduct reference and background verification checks as required.
* Negotiate compensation packages and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
* Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
* Assist in onboarding activities and employee documentation.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
* Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
* Experience in hiring for IT, FinTech, or technology-driven organizations.
* Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
