Thriwe is hiring an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to support performance management, talent management, learning & development, employee grievances and HR analytics. The role includes coordinating appraisal processes, induction and training programs, preparing HR dashboards, supporting mentorship initiatives and working closely with HR leadership.
