Hiring: HR Executive

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

We are looking for an HR Executive who is not only experienced in recruitment but also brings enthusiasm, a learning mindset, and a proactive approach to work. The ideal candidate should be eager to grow, take initiative, and contribute effectively to the team's hiring goals.

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.

Experience using LinkedIn and Indeed for sourcing candidates.

Exposure to Naukri Resdex will be an added advantage.

Good working knowledge of Excel (reports, trackers, MIS).

Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills.
