Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Support employee onboarding, joining documentation, induction coordination, and early employee queries.
• Assist with statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, and accurate employee record maintenance.
• Work with managers and employees on performance processes, employee relations, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR reports, system data, trackers, and dashboards with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 15-20 years of relevant HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Labour Laws, Performance Management, Training, Employee Engagement.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Minimum 15.0 years - Maximum 20.0 years of relevant experience required.
