Human Resources Executive

Golonex is urgently recruiting an HR Executive for its manufacturing operation in Naroda, Ahmedabad. The role combines recruitment responsibilities with broader HR operations and requires candidates who can independently handle multiple HR priorities. Responsibilities include supporting hiring requirements, managing payroll-related processes, coordinating full-and-final settlements and maintaining accurate employee and HR documentation. Candidates should understand standard HR processes and applicable statutory requirements. Previous Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment will be an advantage. The company is particularly interested in immediate joiners or professionals serving a short notice period. Compensation is indicated at up to approximately ₹30,000 per month depending on relevant experience and skills.

Minimum 3.0 years - Maximum 4.0 years of relevant experience required.
