Human Resources Executive

DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji is seeking an HR professional to support employee-related activities within its hotel operation. The position provides exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and employee engagement while working closely with different operational departments. The HR Executive will help maintain employee documentation, support communication of HR policies and assist with routine people-management requirements. Candidates who understand hospitality operations and have previous hotel HR exposure would be particularly suitable. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication abilities because the selected candidate will regularly coordinate with employees, managers and departmental teams.
