Human Resources Manager

Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to strengthen and develop its HR function in Tirupati. The role involves building effective HR systems, supporting talent acquisition and organisational development and working closely with senior leadership on workforce-related matters. The selected professional will oversee HR documentation, compliance and operational processes while introducing HR dashboards and more data-driven approaches to people management. Candidates should be capable of independently managing Human Resources within a sizeable organisation and handling multiple stakeholders. Previous experience in higher education or another people-intensive institution would be an advantage. This is a senior HR opportunity for professionals interested in institution-building rather than purely administrative HR work.

MBA / PGDM

Minimum 8.0 years - Maximum 15.0 years of relevant experience required.
