Job Description
Agile CRM is looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage and support HR functions for its technology/IT operations in Hyderabad. The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits, learning and development, HR strategy, compliance, and the complete employee lifecycle.
The Senior HR Generalist will work closely with business leadership to understand technology and workforce requirements and ensure HR strategies effectively support business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have strong HR generalist experience along with significant exposure to the technology/IT sector and the ability to understand technical roles and skill requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Understand technology hiring requirements, prepare suitable job descriptions, and ensure appropriate skill matching during candidate sourcing.
Manage the complete recruitment and selection lifecycle, including pre-offer, offer, background verification, onboarding, exits, full and final settlement, and reference checks.
Support current and future workforce requirements through employee engagement, development, motivation, and talent management.
Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures.
Manage employee relations and effectively address workplace issues, demands, and grievances.
Foster and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee performance appraisal systems designed to encourage high performance.
Manage compensation plans, payroll, and employee benefit programs.
Identify learning and development requirements and plan, execute, and monitor training programs.
Provide management with HR metrics and insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and legal requirements throughout HR processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of professional HR experience, including at least 5+ years in the technology/IT sector.
Ability to understand and learn technical concepts and technology-related job requirements.
Strong people-management skills with a results-driven approach.
Demonstrable experience working with HR metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and payroll systems.
Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Ability to establish and manage effective interpersonal relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Experience using office automation and communication tools.
In-depth knowledge of local and international labour laws and HR best practices.
A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
