Senior HR Manager

Eastman Exports is hiring a Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations at its Processing Division in Erode. Candidates with strong manufacturing/textile HR experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall HR operations and manpower planning.
Handle Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR).
Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Support workforce planning and people management.

Requirements:
10–15 years of HR experience.
Experience in manufacturing/textile industry.
Dyeing & processing industry background preferred.
Strong knowledge of ER, IR, labour laws and compliance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Minimum 10.0 years - Maximum 15.0 years of relevant experience required.
