Senior HR Manager

Spine Advisory is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead its Human Resources function in New Delhi. The position covers the complete employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, payroll coordination, attendance and leave administration. The selected candidate will develop HR policies and SOPs, manage performance processes, employee engagement and grievance resolution, and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH and applicable labour regulations. The role also involves preparing HR MIS and management dashboards and supporting HR automation initiatives. Candidates should have strong leadership capabilities and substantial hands-on HR operations experience.

MBA/PGDM

Minimum 10.0 years - Maximum 15.0 years of relevant experience required.
