Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compliance, Performance Management, Training, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Salary

Expected compensation is approximately INR 18,000 to INR 18,000, based on the available job data.
