Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and conducting new employee orientation.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture and mediating workplace conflicts.
Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies align with current labor laws and regulations.
Payroll & Compensation Support: Assist in processing payroll, managing leave tracking, and administering employee benefits.
Performance & Offboarding: Track performance review cycles, maintain personnel files, and conduct exit interviews.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
