Sr. HR Executive (Generalist)

* Process *monthly payroll* with 100% accuracy, including salary, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements
* Handle *statutory compliance*: ESI, PF, PT, LWF, and other applicable laws
* Ensure timely preparation and submission of *ESI & PF returns and challans*
* Manage *employee benefits*, including ESI claims and PF withdrawals/transfers
* Process *TA/DA, travel reimbursements*, and other employee claims
* Maintain payroll records, salary structures, and compliance documentation
* Coordinate with Finance for *salary disbursement and reconciliations*
* Handle *full & final settlements (F&F)* for exiting employees
* Ensure compliance with *labour laws and company policies.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
