• Work with managers and employees on performance processes, employee relations, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR reports, system data, trackers, and dashboards with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compliance, Sourcing.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
