PamTen is hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Hyderabad (India) in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role is suited for candidates who can support recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and related people processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Support employee onboarding, joining documentation, induction coordination, and early employee queries.
• Assist with statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, and accurate employee record maintenance.
• Work with managers and employees on performance processes, employee relations, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR reports, system data, trackers, and dashboards with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compliance, ATS, Sourcing.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 4.0 years - Maximum 6.0 years of relevant experience required.
