HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Experience in IT recruitment will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and employee induction processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Support HR operations, compliance, and policy implementation.
• Handle employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Assist in HR reporting and MIS preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely hiring and HR support.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
