Position: HR Executive ( Industry - Sport Club )

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (All Saturdays Working)

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Worli, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri and other sources.
• Attendance and timekeeping management.
• Payroll processing and coordination.
• Preference will be given to candidates having hands-on experience in SPINE Payroll/HRMS Software.
• Labour license and statutory documentation processing.
• Employee record maintenance and HR administration.
• General office administration and coordination.

Required Skills:

• Good experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with job portals.
• Knowledge of attendance management and payroll processing.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
