HR Executive – Night Shift (On-Site)

Keylang Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our growing logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, attendance management, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel). Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and handling HR responsibilities independently.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of HR experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
