HR Executive

Key Responsibilities,

• Workforce Management: Handle deployment, attendance, shift planning, and manpower allocation
• Vendor Management: Oversee workforce vendors, track SLAs, attrition, and compliance
• Payroll & Compliance: Validate attendance, process payroll inputs, and ensure labour law adherence
• Blue Collar Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring of blue/grey-collar workforce, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding aligned with manpower needs

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in hiring & vendor management
• Experience managing blue/grey-collar workforce
• Prior warehouse setup experience preferred

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
