Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Support employee onboarding, joining documentation, induction coordination, and early employee queries.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, leave data, and related HR documentation.
• Assist with statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, and accurate employee record maintenance.
• Work with managers and employees on performance processes, employee relations, and engagement activities.

Requirements

• 5-5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Compliance, Labour Laws, Performance Management, Training, Sourcing, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement.
• Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

MBA

Minimum 5.0 years - Maximum 5.0 years of relevant experience required.
