* Experience in Plant HR / Factory HR / Manufacturing HR
* Knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance & statutory requirements
* Payroll, attendance & shift management experience
* Recruitment & manpower planning skills
* Contractor and workforce management experience
* Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMIS & reporting
* Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving abilities
