Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations at KCIC. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an HR Manager, with a mandatory background in a Facility Management company. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring high operational standards across our facility management portfolios, aviation ground handling, and client support sites.Key ResponsibilitiesMass Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for both corporate staff and high-volume deployment of technical, skilled, and blue-collar facility site workers.Statutory Compliance: Manage strict adherence to local labor laws, minimum wages, PF, ESIC, contract labor regulations, and safety norms specific to the facility service industry.Site & Client Coordination: Coordinate with site supervisors and operations teams across multiple clients to manage workforce deployment, shifts, and immediate backfill requests.Employee Relations: Address ground-level employee grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and foster high retention rates across remote and on-site teams.Payroll & Attendance Management: Supervise attendance tracking across multiple client facilities and ensure accurate, timely processing of monthly payroll and benefits.Onboarding & Training: Conduct standardized safety, grooming, and behavioral training programs optimized for site-level hospitality and cleaning personnel.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Strictly 3 to 4 years of core experience as an HR Manager.Industry Background: Mandatory prior experience in a Facility Management or related manpower-supply corporation.Education: MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related business field.Labor Law Expertise: Deep structural understanding of regional labor compliance rules and vendor compliance procedures.Soft Skills: Excellent conflict resolution, communication, and negotiation capabilities to manage multi-tiered worker structures.Tech Literacy: Comfortable working with HRIS tools, biometric attendance tracking software, and MS Excel.
